Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily throughput targets and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using appropriate equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
