Our weekend shifts are vital to our supply chain, and we need a leader who can maintain our standards of excellence. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily tasks, from inventory management to staff coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure optimal productivity and safety standards.
- Oversee daily shift operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for weekend throughput.
- Manage inventory accuracy and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently during off-hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Forklift certification and willingness to operate heavy machinery as required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
