Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise a team of 10+ warehouse associates to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Manage inventory discrepancies and cycle counts with precision.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping delays or issues.
- Train new staff on safety protocols and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of logistics or warehouse management experience.
- Valid Forklift Certification (CFP) is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) software.
