Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 night shift team members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics with 99.5% accuracy targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols throughout operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with zero discrepancies
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time operational tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Experience with OSHA compliance and safety audits
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
