Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ person overnight team, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics operations, ensuring 99.8% accuracy in inventory control
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily facility inspections
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum nighttime efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle emergency escalations and resolve operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience preferred)
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret KPI dashboards
- Excellent conflict resolution and team motivation abilities
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
