Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package 150+ shipments nightly using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain precise inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while operating warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges
- Conduct daily equipment pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support inventory audits and ensure compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with basic math and computer skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus for diverse team collaboration
