Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanning technology
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts per company protocols
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
