As part of our dedicated HR team, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your expertise in technical hiring will be vital in shaping our workforce.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social media networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support immediate and future hiring needs.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Update and maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical job roles (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, Cloud).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
