Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and staff.
- Monitor and operate security surveillance systems, CCTV, and alarm panels to detect and respond to potential threats.
- Enforce access control policies, verifying identification and maintaining a log of all entries and exits.
- Respond immediately to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and security breaches.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation of daily activities.
- Assist in the evacuation of buildings and coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Nevada Security Guard License is mandatory.
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, or law enforcement is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and report writing skills.
