Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through advanced surveillance systems and patrols
- Respond to alarms and incidents with rapid, professional protocols
- Document security breaches and daily activity reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct access control for authorized personnel and visitors
- Maintain communication with central command and fellow officers
- Implement emergency response procedures for fire, medical, or security threats
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Security Guard License (required)
- Minimum 2 years security experience in commercial/residential settings
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with surveillance technology and reporting software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
