Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor assigned properties to prevent security breaches and ensure client safety
- Operate surveillance systems and access control points 24/7
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, disturbances, and medical incidents
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical events
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada Security Guard License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year security experience in commercial/residential settings
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and work in various weather conditions
- Strong observational skills and crisis management abilities
- Proficient in writing detailed incident reports
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Pass federal background check and pre-employment drug screening
