Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises to detect security risks and prevent unauthorized access
- Monitor surveillance systems and promptly respond to alarms or suspicious activities
- Document incidents, patrol activities, and security breaches in detailed daily reports
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials for personnel and visitors
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents
- Operate emergency equipment including fire alarms, first aid kits, and communication devices
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of security or law enforcement experience required
- Valid Oklahoma Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and navigate various terrains
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in incident reporting and surveillance technology
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
