Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews for night shift applicants.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Assist with the onboarding process and orientation for new night shift staff.
- Update candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records in our CRM.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective candidates and internal employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify staffing needs for the night cycle.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
