Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery and assembly lines to ensure high-quality output.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks and document production data accurately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and manage raw material usage efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team regarding production status and equipment needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
