Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production machinery during night shifts to ensure continuous workflow.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and documentation to maintain industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
