Responsibilities
- Shadow senior managers in front desk operations, guest services, and concierge departments
- Participate in daily property inspections and quality assurance protocols
- Assist with event planning and coordination for VIP guests and corporate functions
- Learn revenue management systems and yield optimization strategies
- Contribute to multicultural guest experience initiatives
- Complete rotational assignments across F&B, housekeeping, and facilities departments
- Maintain detailed training logs and performance portfolios
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a hospitality/tourism degree program or recent graduate (within 12 months)
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (verbal/written)
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility through designated sponsor organizations
- Strong customer service orientation and cultural sensitivity
- Basic knowledge of Opera or similar PMS systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Must obtain negative TB test and health clearance prior to start
