Responsibilities
- Execute front-of-house operations in 4/5-star hotel environments
- Coordinate guest experiences and resolve service inquiries

- Complete monthly performance assessments with mentors
Qualifications
- J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (current status or pending)
- Intermediate English proficiency (IELTS 6.0+ or equivalent)
- 2+ years hospitality/ tourism education or work experience
- Valid passport with 12+ month validity
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
