Responsibilities
- Assist daily operations in assigned department (hospitality, tourism, or marine conservation)
- Participate in cross-functional training workshops and shadow senior professionals
- Contribute to team projects and execute assigned tasks with precision
- Document learning outcomes and progress through weekly reports
- Engage in cultural exchange activities and community outreach
- Maintain professional conduct and adherence to company policies
- Complete end-of-program certification and skills assessment
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a J1 Visa-eligible program
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship required (we provide DS-2019 support)
- Intermediate English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to new environments
- Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Passion for Hawaiian culture and tourism industry
- Ability to commit to 3-12 month program duration
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn professional skills
