Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations and ensure high-quality customer service delivery.
- Learn and utilize industry-specific software and internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Help organize and execute promotional events and community activities.

Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for and hold a valid J1 Visa (Trainee category).
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, or a recent graduate (within 12 months of graduation).
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Background: Clean criminal record and ability to pass a background check.
- Attitude: Professional demeanor, eager to learn, and open to cultural exchange.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours (35-40 hours/week).
