Responsibilities
- Assist with daily front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Shadow senior staff in revenue management and guest experience optimization
- Participate in cross-departmental rotations (housekeeping, events, F&B)
- Contribute to marketing campaigns for our desert adventure packages
- Maintain service standards through regular quality assurance checks
- Develop cultural competence workshops for international team members
Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship required (must be program-eligible)
- Currently enrolled in hospitality/tourism degree program or recent graduate
- Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts and flexible scheduling
- Valid US driver's license preferred
- Experience in POS systems (Opera or similar) a plus
