Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, etc.) using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Screen candidates effectively, conducting phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates to ensure consistent hiring flow.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and understand organizational needs.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates to drive successful placements.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive monthly targets.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets.
