Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Operations.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech boards to identify top talent.
- Manage the entire candidate lifecycle from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
- Build a strong employer brand presence within the Seattle tech community.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies to improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of placing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and technical terminology.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive deadlines in a high-volume setting.
