Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for IT, Engineering, and Healthcare roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, Boolean strings) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and manage the interview process for hiring managers.
- Nurture candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups to improve placement ratios.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job specifications and requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical or IT recruiting.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical jargon.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
