- Manage applicant tracking system with real-time candidate updates
- Collaborate with hiring managers on urgent role requirements and timelines
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Maintain 95%+ offer acceptance rate through exceptional candidate experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with 80%+ engineering placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Proven ability to close urgent roles within 3-5 business days
- Deep understanding of tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, Azure, etc.)
