Responsibilities
- Client & Candidate Management: Screen incoming applications and match candidates with open positions in Jacksonville and surrounding Georgia areas.
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews and meetings between clients and candidates efficiently.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates to build a talent pipeline.
- Support: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal team members and external candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and flexible working hours.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to the Jacksonville, FL area.
