Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute 15+ hiring events annually across Miami and Ohio markets
- Develop strategic recruitment partnerships with 50+ companies to identify hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venues, tech infrastructure, and promotional campaigns
- Source and pre-screen 500+ qualified candidates using ATS platforms and social recruiting
- Conduct post-event analysis to optimize future hiring strategies and ROI
- Lead cross-functional teams including recruiters, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Implement digital marketing campaigns to drive candidate registrations (target: 3,000+ attendees/year)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Event Management (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in recruitment or event coordination with demonstrated success in hiring events
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment marketing tools
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K for large-scale events
- Strong data analytics skills with experience in recruitment metrics and ROI reporting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-suite executives and candidates alike
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel 30% across Florida and Ohio
