Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely.
- Ensure fields are properly maintained, weeded, and free of debris.
- Follow strict safety protocols and supervisor instructions at all times.
- Load and unload harvested products for transport to storage or market.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship or already possess a valid visa.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
