Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor crop health and apply appropriate agricultural techniques to ensure optimal yield.
- Assist in the loading and transportation of agricultural products to storage or market facilities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and workplace hygiene standards.
- Work collaboratively with farm staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa or proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor labor for long hours in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or farm labor is preferred but not always required.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
