Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, weeding, and harvesting a variety of crops.
- Operate farm machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain field hygiene by cleaning equipment and removing debris.
- Sort, grade, and pack produce according to quality standards.
- Inspect plants for pests and diseases and report findings to supervisors.
- Load and unload trucks for transport to packing facilities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior agricultural experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite location.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
