Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest tobacco, corn, and soybean crops
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain crop health through irrigation and pest control
- Sort and pack produce according to quality standards
- Adhere to all OSHA and agricultural safety protocols
- Assist with greenhouse operations and transplanting
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to work 10-hour days in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to relocate temporarily to Lexington, KY
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Team-oriented attitude and reliability
