Responsibilities
- Harvesting: Perform manual harvesting of crops, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Packing: Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipping according to industry standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate agricultural machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintenance: Assist in maintaining farm equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Weather Adaptation: Work effectively in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
Qualifications
- Legal Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and available for H2A visa sponsorship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods (standing, bending, lifting up to 50lbs).
- Work History: Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays during harvest season.
