Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain agricultural packing and processing machinery efficiently.
- Perform manual harvesting, sorting, grading, and packing of fresh produce under strict quality control standards.
- Load and unload trucks and pallets using forklifts and hand trucks safely.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in warehouse organization and sanitation.
- Follow all safety protocols and occupational health regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
- Collaborate with the crew lead to optimize workflow and maximize daily output.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2A visa or be eligible to obtain one through our sponsorship program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in agricultural labor, harvesting, or packing.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
