Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Reliable work history and a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Willingness to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
