Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end relocation process for incoming technical talent.
- Collaborate with HR and logistics partners to ensure timely and stress-free moving arrangements.
- Provide onboarding support to new hires, including housing assistance and community integration.
- Develop and maintain a database of relocation resources and service providers.
- Analyze relocation budgets and optimize costs without compromising service quality.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on relocation trends and benefits packages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Relocation Services, or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of relocation logistics, visa sponsorship processes, and housing markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and vendors.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
