Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation plans for incoming professionals to Washington, DC
- Coordinate housing searches, school transfers, and community integration services
- Manage logistics for household goods transportation and temporary housing arrangements
- Provide ongoing support and resources throughout the relocation lifecycle
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers
- Track and report relocation metrics while optimizing client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in corporate relocation or client services
- Deep knowledge of Washington, DC housing market and local resources
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in relocation management software and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
