Responsibilities
- Develop personalized relocation plans for incoming employees and their families
- Coordinate housing searches, school enrollment, and community integration
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reimbursement processes
- Partner with local vendors for moving services and temporary housing
- Conduct virtual and in-person welcome orientations for new residents
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Act as primary liaison between employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or HR support roles
- Experience with relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
