Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming employees
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor relationships
- Provide personalized relocation consultations and resources
- Develop flexible work schedules accommodating diverse needs
- Track relocation program metrics and implement improvements
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding processes
- Act as primary point of contact for relocation-related inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate relocation or HR coordination
- Experience with flexible work environment management
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
