Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and relocation logistics for new hires
- Develop flexible work schedules accommodating diverse team needs
- Coordinate relocation benefits including moving allowances and housing support
- Conduct HR compliance audits and maintain confidential personnel records
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
- Partner with hiring managers to optimize recruitment processes
- Implement HR policies supporting work-life balance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years HR experience with relocation program management
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proven ability to design flexible work arrangements
