Responsibilities
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and Boolean search techniques to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future open positions.
- Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to understand client needs and refine recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive self-starter with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
