Responsibilities
- Screening Candidates: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards to identify and engage top-tier talent in the tech industry.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on open positions.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market feedback to candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; we provide full training for career changers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
