What You Will Do:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of our brand. You will interact directly with clients to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Native or B2+ level).
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers, MS Office Suite, and CRM software.

- Reliability: Ability to work scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance policies.
- Location: Must reside within the Kansas City, MO area or be willing to work fully remote.
