Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company. You will assist clients with inquiries, process orders, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with professionalism.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Update customer information accurately in our CRM database.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead or Supervisor when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell products and services.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and satisfaction.
Qualifications
