Responsibilities
- Harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain field cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and pesticide handling procedures
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and field maintenance tasks
- Participate in team-based farm operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of prior agricultural/harvesting experience
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to undergo sponsorship process
- Ability to work long hours in outdoor conditions (heat, dust)
- Physical stamina for bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive tasks
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
