Responsibilities
- Planting and Harvesting: Participate in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of various crops in a fast-paced environment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate agricultural machinery, including tractors and harvesters, under supervision.
- Crop Maintenance: Perform essential tasks such as weeding, pruning, and irrigation management to ensure optimal crop health.
- Packing and Quality Control: Assist in the sorting, grading, and packing of produce according to industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods as required by field conditions.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must currently hold or be eligible for an H2A work visa.
- No Experience Required: Previous farm work is a plus but not mandatory; we value willingness to learn.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time seasonal work (approx. 10-12 months).
- Valid Identification: Must possess a valid government-issued ID.
