Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain irrigation systems and field sanitation protocols
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Adhere to all OSHA and H2A program regulations
- Assist with general farm maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability to work 40+ hours/week including weekends
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to relocate to Saint Paul, MN area
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous farm experience (desirable but not mandatory)
