Responsibilities
- Operate harvest machinery and maintain farm equipment
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards
- Perform manual labor including lifting, sorting, and packing produce
- Work efficiently in team environments to meet daily production targets

Qualifications
