Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (strawberries, tomatoes, citrus)
- Operate farm machinery with proper safety protocols
- Maintain crop quality through sorting and inspection
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance
- Adhere to USDA and OSHA compliance standards
- Work in varying weather conditions (heat, humidity)
- Participate in team-based harvest operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa or eligibility for sponsorship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts (6am-4pm)
- Reliable transportation to worksite
