Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including vegetables and fruits
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely
- Inspect crops for quality and report pest/disease issues
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers per EPA regulations
- Maintain farm sanitation and irrigation systems
- Assist with packing and loading produce for shipment
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of commercial farming experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Basic English communication skills
- USDA pesticide handler certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Willingness to work 6-8 hour shifts, 5-6 days weekly
