- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading produce
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental standards
- Participate in field maintenance and soil preparation
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Qualifications

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
