Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops including strawberries, lettuce, and tomatoes
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers according to EPA regulations
- Inspect crops for quality and maintain irrigation systems
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading operations
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all OSHA and USDA guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa status
- Minimum 1 year of agricultural experience
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
